- Fees follow the rate structure suggested by the OTSTCFQ.
- Social work services are tax-exempt (no GST/QST).
- Consultation fees are tax-deductible as medical expenses.
- An official insurance receipt is issued after each consultation.
- Many group insurance plans cover services from an OTSTCFQ member social worker. Check with your insurer.

Cancellation policy
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge. Fees apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
