About

For as long as I can remember, I have always been fascinated by human resilience — that capacity we all have to adapt and rebuild when faced with life's challenges. Each person's experience touches me in its uniqueness, and it is with attentive presence that I welcome every confidence, aware of both the privilege and the responsibility it carries.

My background

I began my career within the health and social services network (CLSC) where I had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and partners such as: schools and community organizations, specialized mental health services, family medicine groups and civil security services. I now practise exclusively in an autonomous capacity, allowing me greater alignment with my values of freedom, independence and creativity.

My current practice

For several years, I have been particularly interested in everything related to healthy living habits and stress regulation. I am currently pursuing a 400-hour yoga teaching training accredited by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec, Yoga and Meditation at the Heart of Psychotherapy (Viayoga). I eventually aspire to organize retreats combining yoga and personal development.

My values

  • Respect — For your experiences, your pace and your choices.
  • Empathy — Authentic and compassionate listening.
  • Confidentiality — A safe space to express yourself freely.
  • Professionalism — A rigorous and ethical practice, governed by the OTSTCFQ.

OTSTCFQ Member

A member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec since 2006, I am committed to upholding a strict code of ethics that guarantees the quality and integrity of my services.
